Leveraging 20+ years of business experience ranging from corporate experience with P&G, to franchising with GNC, to launching three companies of her own, Megan is committed to building an inclusive and collaborative culture and a company dedicated to providing solutions (both products and services) that enable our customers to future-proof existing brands and business models, or build new ones. Having played a significant role in laying the operational foundation for the company since 2016, Megan is now tackling strategic challenges as the CEO. She has a strong conviction for the mission of TGG and is excited to invest in people — unleashing the courage to “operate like an entrepreneur” from the inside-out. Aware of the uncertainties in the market, Megan is focused on continually innovating on the operations of the organization so the team is empowered and resourced to deliver with excellence.
