The Courageous Minds Only Next Gen community is an extension from the original Courageous Minds Only community, which aims to give corporate leaders courage, connections, and inspiration for building the future in an uncertain world. Given the impact that the original platform created, our founder, Jason Hauer, wants to create a space for future leaders to drive the conversations, learn, and connect.
The Next Gen community is led by The Garage Group’s new generation of leaders: Chi Pham, Alex Reed, Marissa Wilbur and Cassandra Yersky with the mission to unlock courage in the next generation of leaders, to build a community of forward thinkers, and to empower and equip young leaders with a growth mindset.
In our Next Gen community, young leaders can drive and participate in panel discussions, tap into our network of corporate leaders, satisfy their curiosity and hunger for knowledge, and be a part of a supportive, growing collective. We spark courageous thinking and actions.
