  • A sample variety of what you’ll do:

  • Developing and managing engaging content with the help of teammates and contractors including case studies, social posts, website, email newsletters, capability decks, trade show, events, and sales materials.
  • Supporting the pipeline & sales activities by suggesting and co-creating unique approaches and tactics to nurture existing client relationships, move client relationships through our new business funnel, and secure new leads along with client list management.
  • Evolving strategy and innovation by contributing your own voice, ideas, past experiences and areas you’re learning in to push our marketing and sales strategies to the next level.
  • How we’ll know if it’s working out:

  • Production of and engagement with high value on-brand, mission-driven content is consistent and above industry average.
  • Overall awareness of The Garage Group grows significantly, and our client base expands.
  • Clients come back and reference our marketing efforts as inspiring, educating, and timely.
  • TGG team feels, sees, and actively expresses acknowledgement of your proactive contribution to supporting their work and the building of the business.
  • We find ourselves playing in new marketing channels and deliverables and equally letting go of those that don’t align with the strategy, thanks to your push and understanding of ROI.
  • Marketing operations are running smoothly with key resources identified and leveraged in the most efficient and effective ways.
  • Strong case stories are developed, managed, optimized, and organized in a way that enables the team to showcase them easily.

  • What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years in a marketing environment, preferably with exposure to one or more of : consulting services, branding, CPG or Food & Beverage industries.
  • Entrepreneurial leader -- has an “owner” mentality, operates with internal drive, natural curiosity, leverages resources tactfully, open-minded, loves to balance getting things done with taking smart risks, and has deep knowing that better results come from collaboration.
  • Unparalleled interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Someone who enjoys going heads-down to get stuff done independently as much as they enjoy working collaboratively with others.
  • Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
  • Master juggler of numerous time-sensitive project simultaneously.
  • Someone who gets excited and thrives in a work environment full of ambiguity and freedom. A self-motivated, initiative-taker who can manage their own time.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and conclusions.
  • Eagerness to dive in, to create a calendar/timeline and keep projects on time, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, call priorities in a fast moving, complex environment and figure-things-out-as-you-go mindset are a must.
