Her eclectic journey—from business school to dietetics to studying abroad in New Zealand to ultimately getting her Contemplative Psychology degree at a Buddhist-inspired college—has shaped her holistic approach to life, leadership, and everything in between. From there, she grew into a trailblazer in the natural foods industry, creating transformational growth for every company and brand she touched.
